Transforming Youth Through Entrepreneurship, Financial Literacy & Career Readiness
The Sanders Hand is a nonprofit organization empowering youth and young adults ages 12–25 with real-world skills, mentorship, and opportunities that build financial confidence, leadership, and long-term economic mobility.

Our Mission
The Sanders Hand is dedicated to closing the wealth and knowledge gap by equipping the next generation with the tools they need for financial stability, career success, and civic engagement. Through innovative, curriculum-aligned programs delivered in person and online, we prepare students to thrive in school, the workforce, and their communities.
The Sanders Hand
Community Partners & Supporters
We collaborate with school districts, community organizations, financial institutions, and corporate partners to expand access and create meaningful opportunities for students and families.
Why This Work Matters
Many young people lack access to financial education, career exploration, and real-world business experiences before graduation. The Sanders Hand addresses these gaps by providing early exposure to entrepreneurship, financial decision-making, and workforce-ready skills—helping students build confidence, independence, and opportunity.
Our Programs
Young Billionaires Club (YBC)
The Young Billionaires Club is our flagship program and a Texas Education Agency–recognized Career & Technical Student Organization (CTSO). YBC provides hands-on entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and career readiness experiences that move students from learning concepts to building real businesses.
Students participate through school-based CTSO chapters, after-school programs, and the YBC Online Campus, gaining access to mentorship, competitions, and real-world business opportunities.
